What Does Authorised Mean?
An authorised service centre has been vetted, trained and approved by the manufacturer. We have access to genuine spare parts, technical documentation, service bulletins, and in many cases manufacturer-run training programmes.
This means warranty repairs are carried out correctly, and chargeable repairs use genuine parts — protecting the long-term reliability of your equipment.
Your Warranty Stays Intact
Having your equipment repaired by an unauthorised workshop can void your manufacturer warranty. As an approved service centre, any warranty repairs we carry out are recognised by the manufacturer — your warranty remains valid.
If your equipment is still in warranty, contact us and we can confirm whether the fault is covered before any work is carried out.

Is Your Manufacturer Listed?
If your manufacturer isn't listed above, contact us — we may still be able to help. We carry out non-warranty repairs on a wide range of equipment not listed here, and our authorisations are updated regularly.
