Before You Start — What NOT to Do
Do not ship the unit without contacting us and obtaining a reference number first.
Do not return the box without the cable ties — the contents are likely to go missing.
Do not forget the thin piece of foam that protects the glass lid.
Do not place the unit in the box before the foam ends are fitted.
Do not leave the sides unseated at the bottom of the box.
Do not close the lid without foam placed on top.

Please note that the cable ties are very important when returning the box — without them the contents of the box are likely to go missing.

You may instead receive a cardboard box for packing your BeoSound 9000. If this is the case the packing is the same, but there will be no tie wraps to attach.

It is also very important that any old labels / barcodes are removed or covered up so that shipping is not directed to the incorrect location.
